Bank Windhoek welcomes final intake for 2018
Members of the executive leadership team of Bank Windhoek and its holding company Capricorn Group officially welcomed 23 new employees on Monday at the fifth and final two-day employee orientation programme of the year, hosted in Windhoek.

Among the executives who welcomed the new employees were Bank Windhoek's managing director Baronice Hans and Capricorn Group managing director Thinus Prinsloo.
Hans presented the bank's overall strategy, while Prinsloo spoke about the core functions and structures of the Capricorn Group, as the new staff members engaged the executives in fruitful discussions focused on the culture of Bank Windhoek and the Capricorn Group.
The new employees, who are optimistic about their futures, later expressed their gratitude for having joined Bank Windhoek and the Capricorn Group.
They will be offering their expertise in departments such as retail banking services, support services, treasury, risk and finance, among others.
The new employee orientation programme, aimed at welcoming new personnel, takes place five times a year. The programme also prepares new staff for their new roles and covers processes, employer and employee rights and the terms and conditions of employment. The first session for 2019 will take place in February.
