Two people were killed in an accident involving more than 20 people this morning when a minibus overturned on the Okahandja-Otjiwarongo road. According to the police, a number of passengers were seriously injured. Two passengers were killed on the spot and one was identified and 30-year-old Carlo Abrahams while the other passenger is a female, whose name was not yet released.
