No bail for ‘herbalist’
Cheryl Antoinette Green (51) today appeared before Magistrate Conchita Olivier in the Swakopmund Magistrate’s Court on a charge of dealing in a dependence-producing substance. She was arrested at her home on Saturday for having 71 cannabis plants with an estimated value of N$21 104. Public prosecutor Beata Mwahi opposed bail. Olivier postponed the case to 20 March for further investigation and in order for Green to bring a formal bail application.
