‘Give uneducated youth jobs’
News in short
Namibian People Against Poverty (NPAP), established by Fredrik Tangi Haixwa, last week held a demonstration at Otavi against unemployment.
The group voiced discontent with leaders not alleviating unemployment among the youth without qualifications.
NPAP said it promotes justice, economic freedom and equality among all Namibians, regardless of race, colour, sex, political affiliation or educational status.
One of its leaders, Fransina Hausiku, said the group has already lost 40 of its members to suicide this year.
