Commercial pilot
Lî Rossouw
Lî Rossouw is a 30-year old commercial pilot, ex airline Airbus A319 first officer, undergrad student at NUST, and a small business owner. She thinks of herself as confident, capable and resilient. Flying is indescribably beautiful and thrilling, it was the opportunity to constantly learn, to continuously improve, to push boundaries and to rewrite gender stereotypes that really drew her in. The best part about her job is all the opportunities to travel, explore, adventure and meet new people. The liquidation of Air Namibia has left a lot of dreams shattered or in limbo, and is truly an unfortunate blow to our aviation industry. However, I would like to encourage everyone to keep going.
