Project Never Walk Alone puts shoes on feet of 400 Namibians

Project Never Walk Alone (PNWA), in partnership with the Roads Fund Administration (RFA), on Saturday delivered more than 400 pairs of shoes to barefooted Namibians as part of its winter drive.

The drive reached Bloukrans Primary School near Dordabis, Groot Aub and Okahandja Park, benefiting more than 100 children, over 200 senior citizens and more than 200 children and adults respectively.

PNWA also partnered with Kasi Socks, which donated more than 400 pairs of socks. More than 1,500 people received meals and drinks during the initiative.

PNWA said the drive aims not only to provide footwear, but also to restore the dignity and hope of Namibians who go without shoes.
