Dear Auntie Nangy, I’m a 27-year-old man and I have problems. In November last year my sister-in-law told my wife that I’m cheating on her with another woman. My wife dumped me because of what she was told. I don’t know what to do, we have two children. Should I respect her decision and let her go even if she doesn’t want to forgive me? She even packed her clothes and left the house. Who is to blame, is it me or my sister-in-law? We are not even talking since last year. Please tell me what to do about this Auntie.

You cheated on your wife and you have the audacity to ask if you or your sister-in-law is to blame? She had every right to tell her sister that you were cheating on her. The only course of action that you have is to keep on telling your wife that you’re sorry and hope for her forgiveness, but it is up to her whether she will forgive you or not.
