Racists hatch ‘Boer Nation’ plan for Namibia

A white supremacist website, known for its disgusting comments about black people, is hosting ongoing chats about how Namibia and the Western Cape in South Africa should be turned into a “prosperous Boer Nation”.
The openly racist internet chatters also claim that Wambos are better behaved than Xhosas and Zulus and supply links to an array of anti-black blogs and Facebook pages.
The website called Stormfront is well known as the oldest so-called ‘hate site’ on the internet and has a section dealing with South Africa on which the Namibian conversation threads are also found.
In a series of posts, white supremacists – purportedly from Southern Africa – discuss how Namibia and the Western Cape should become a Boer Nation.
One poster said: “I think Western SA and Namibia should become a Boer/white SA nation. From my understanding the majority of whites are concentrated in Western (Cape of) SA and a few other cities.”
The person continued: “Also I read somewhere that Namibia is enacting laws, such as Zimbabwe and SA did, targeting white land owners. Namibia and Western SA are huge and rich in mineral resources. That would make a fine prosperous nation for the white/Boer people of SA and Namibia.”
The racists also share other internet links where they can interact and share their views about white power and hating black and other racial groups who are not part of the so-called ‘master race’.
This includes a Facebook page called Black Battlefront, which is described as “a racially aware, anti-racist revolutionary cadre network of white African politico-social soldiers defending our unique culture, under the anarchist black flag”.
The Black Battlefront says it staunchly opposes “Boer genocide” and works for the establishment of white African base area in South Africa and Namibia, but also elsewhere in Africa, “where we can live out our cultural prerogatives unmolested by the black majority”.
Posters are also told to visit a racist blog called Strandwolf.
One another racist thread to be found on Stormfront, a poster said in December last year: “Yes, Namibia is much better than SA regarding hate crimes on whites. You can actually still sleep with your door open, but I won’t recommend it... The Wambos, who are the most in Namibia and also the ruling party Swapo, are a much prouder type of people and much more friendly toward whites... they are a prouder and more dignified people, much better than the hate-driven Zulu and Xhosa. Don’t get me wrong, I hate blacks, I’m just saying Namibia is better than SA in this regard.”
Stormfront is described as a “white nationalist, white supremacist and neo-Nazi internet forum” that was the web’s first major hate site.
It began as an online bulletin board system in the early 1990s before being established as a website in 1995 by former Ku Klux Klan leader and white nationalist activist Don Black in the United States of America.
According to Wikipedia it received national attention in the US in 2000 after being featured as the subject of a documentary, Hate.com. Stormfront has been the subject of controversy after being removed from French, German and Italian Google indexes, for targeting an online FOX News poll on racial segregation, and for having political candidates as members. Its prominence has grown since the 1990s, attracting attention from watchdog organisations that oppose racism and anti-semitism.
The website is a theme-based discussion forum with numerous boards for topics including ideology, science, revisionism, homeschooling, and self-defence. Stormfront also hosts news stories, a merchandise store, and extensive links to racist organisations. The site has a logo featuring the Celtic cross common to neo-Nazi iconography surrounded by the motto ‘White Pride World Wide’.
