//Hoebes heads to Malaysia

President Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has formally commissioned former minister in the Presidency Christine //Hoebes as Namibia’s High Commissioner-designate to Malaysia. During a commissioning ceremony at State House this week, Nandi-Ndaitwah tasked //Hoebes with advancing Namibia’s economic diplomacy agenda and strengthening bilateral relations between the two countries. Namibian Sun reported last week that //Hoebes was bound for Malaysia, with appointments to Geneva and Germany also expected to be announced soon.
