Sledge Kamine is celebrating his 40th anniversary in showbiz at the Khomasdal Community Hall from March 9-13. Kamine has over the years featured in bands like the Baronages, The Ugly Creatures, Dead Woods, CFP and the Bee Bop Brothers. He will be paying tribute to Motown legends like Lou Rawls, The Temptations, The O’Jays during his show. Walvis Bay born dancer Rusher, real name Phillip Alweendo, is slowly making a name for himself in the entertainment industry by dancing to the tune of his dreams. Rusher who refers to himself as a professional Hip-Hop dancer says that he actually makes a living out of dancing. Seasoned musician Elemotho made us proud by taking local music globally for years. He also put Namibia squarely in the spotlight when he won the RFI-France 24 Discovery Music Award last year. This singer/songwriter and guitarist will be taking his distinctive charm and Namibian flavour to 24 African countries as part of the prize he won.
