Rundu Magistrate Hellen Oloija has recused herself from the case involving 33 people who were accused of letting their cattle graze illegally in the Ukwangali Traditional Authority area in western Kavango.
The group, made up of farmers from the Ohangwena and Oshikoto regions, made another appearance in the Kahenge District Court, situated some 120 kilometres west of Rundu, on Monday. Read more about Magistrate recuses herself from case
