You have a condition called premature ejaculation that afflicts many men. Both psychological and biological factors can play a role and although many men feel embarrassed to talk about it, premature ejaculation is a common and treatable condition. The exact cause of premature ejaculation isn’t known but it involves a complex interaction of both psychological and biological factors. Psychological causes may be because of early sexual experiences that may establish a pattern that can be difficult to change, like situations in which you may have had to hurry to reach climax in order to avoid being discovered or even guilty feelings about having sex.
Biological factors may be abnormal hormone or brain chemical levels, thyroid problems, inflammation and infection of the prostate or urethra or inherited traits. You are young and it may just be inexperience and haste that makes you ejaculate quickly.
You should take some time to just take it easy and get
to know your partner’s and your own body better. You can also try the squeeze technique to help you delay ejaculation. Begin sexual activity as usual, including stimulation of the penis, until you feel almost ready to ejaculate.
Then have your partner squeeze the end of your penis where the head joins the shaft for several seconds until the urge to ejaculate passes and wait for about 30 seconds before going back to foreplay. Repeat this process as many times as necessary until you can enter your partner without ejaculating. After a few practice sessions it may teach you how to delay orgasm without the need to use the squeeze technique. There is also medication available to help with premature ejaculation so it might be a good idea for your first step to be to see a doctor.
